The Pham Tu Dinh festival is officially held on the 20th of the 7th lunar month every year in Quang Liet communal house (also known as the family) in Thanh Liet commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi, the day of commemorating and honoring the old general Pham Tu. The descendants of Pham from all over here to review the position, career and fierce of the hero who died when blocking the Luong enemy.  Origin and meaning History: The old general Pham Tu died at the age of seventy when blocking the enemy, becoming a middle example for generations to follow.  Honor: The feudal dynasties were ordained for the old general Pham Tu as the Thuong Than Than, Ho Dai Vuong.  Traditional: Every year, on the 20th of the lunar calendar is the day of the general, an opportunity for their descendants to commemorate his merits and sacrifices.  Activities in the festival Memorial: The descendants of Pham nationwide return to Quang Liet Dinh to review the position and career of General Pham Tu.  Village festival: The village association has activities to procession of the palanquin and traditional folk games.  Related relics  Quang Liet communal house (foreign communal house): A place to worship the old general, recognized by the dynasties as the god of God and was ranked historical - national cultural relics in 1989.
